Your First Colonic
At The Gut Lab Aotearoa, we take a holistic and personalised approach to gut health and wellbeing. Our experienced and certified Gut Health Practitioners are committed to supporting you throughout your wellness journey, ensuring you feel informed, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way.
Your initial consultation includes a health history assessment and a tailored Rongo ā Puku treatment. This 90-minute session allows us to better understand your individual health goals, explain the treatment process, and develop a personalised approach to support optimal gut function and overall wellbeing.
Our advanced closed-system colon hydrotherapy treatments may incorporate nutritional infusions, probiotics, and medical-grade ozone to support the body's natural healing and restorative processes. We use triple-filtered, structured water to promote hydration, an essential foundation for digestive and cellular health. A qualified therapist remains with you throughout the session to ensure your comfort and provide ongoing guidance.
In addition to treatment, The Gut Lab Aotearoa provides gut health education, coaching, and personalised wellbeing plans, recognising the central role the gut microbiome plays in digestive, immune, metabolic, and mental health.
Please select this option if this is your first visit to The Gut Lab Aotearoa, even if you have received treatment at another clinic previously.
Our personalised holositic gut health assessments explore the full ecology of your puku, digestion, microbial balance, immune function, and the daily rhythms that shape your wellbeing. We look at how kai, stress, sleep, whakapapa, and lifestyle patterns interact with your microbiome, creating a clear picture of what your body needs to thrive. Each assessment is gentle, culturally grounded, and designed to uplift hauora by reconnecting you to the natural intelligence of your tinana and the living ecosystem within..
